Aditazz: derived from a Sanskrit word meaning "from the beginning."
We believe disruptive innovation is needed to achieve impactful changes in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of complex built environments."
With our next generation tools and integrated methods, we are revolutionizing the building industry "from the beginning."
Aditazz is a journey that began with a big idea.
For a couple of decades, I was part of one of the world’s most innovative industries, the semi-conductor industry. I am extremely fortunate to have been involved as an Architect and a Designer of some of the most exciting technologies that shape our lives today.
But something still bothered me. I knew that my knowledge from this industry could be used to help solve real problems in other industries.
We began working on applying the lessons we had learned – the lessons of routine quality up and cost down; of twice the performance every two years at the same cost; of disrupting one’s own products – to solving these problems.
We were convinced that we could make a huge difference and we committed ourselves to figure out how to improve the built environment.
We observed two industries. Both began with a pile of sand, metals, natural elements, people and their skills. We quickly realized that the work flow in the building industry is antiquated and inefficient. Waste is everywhere.
How could a “next generation construction company” radically change the building industry for the better?
That challenge became our opportunity and we have been on a relentless quest to apply all this learning from the world of integrated circuits to improving healthcare buildings.
We shun incremental improvements, and embrace disruptive change. The technology that we have built today is a quantum leap forward on our journey of revolutionizing the building industry.
There is more to do, and I am wholeheartedly committed to building on our achievements.
Healthcare facilities play an integral role in modern community life, they inevitably impact all of us, especially the ones we love.
After two decades in traditional healthcare architectural practice, the idea of a firm like Aditazz piqued my curiosity. The possibility of an innovative new firm dedicated to improving processes and outcomes in one of the most complex building typologies was very exciting.
It was refreshing to see that a new class of digital tools could enable architects to focus more on creativity and not the mundane tasks to justify billable hours. Quickly, I was able to see that our expertise would offer unprecedented value on top of traditional services.
Today, there is a real ‘buzz’ about what Aditazz is doing in the healthcare industry, and I feel fortunate to have been here from the start.
Aditazz represents an unprecedented opportunity for architects and designers to respond to our client needs with responsive designs that marry the softness of a pencil and the cutting edge of technology to transform the status quo of our industry.
