We are a collaborative team of building architects and planners, microchip architects, software designers, mechanical and electrical engineers and material scientists.
We have expertise in the fields of care delivery, next generation medical technologies, computing and internet infrastructure, computer science, applied mathematics, and other disciplines.
Aditazz is developing a SaaS (software as a service) platform that applies automation and computation to radically improve the efficiency of planning, design, and construction of the built environment.
Chip has spent 30 years developing and selling products for the computing, communications, and renewable energy fields.
He has led teams developing numerous processors, chipsets, and communications products. His leadership roles have included General Manager of Intel’s Ethernet Switching Operation and Director of Worldwide Customer Support for Embedded Processors.
Since 2006, Chip has been actively involved in creating new technology companies. He has served as COO of GreenVolts, co-founded Chromasun Inc., co-founded and served as CEO of SPEEDILICOUS, a company that utilizes the cloud to immediately improve website performance. He joined Aditazz in 2015 and serves as its Vice President and General Manager.
Chip holds 6 US patents and is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA.
As a licensed architect with broad and deep experience in architecture-related software, both front and back end, Chuck brings a unique experience and perspective to the Aditazz vision.
Prior to joining Aditazz, Chuck, a licensed California architect, worked for Autodesk as a Data Architect and founded CADalytic Media to provide building product manufacturers with the seamless ability to provide relevant BPM content directly within BIM/CAD applications.
Dave improves the value delivered to our clients by optimizing the overall workflow from design through construction.
He has been in the construction industry for 32 years, serving in a variety of project and operations management roles.
Dave’s extensive knowledge of the use of innovative tools and assembly methodologies enables the integration of all building components in an efficient process to reduce cost and schedule durations while maintaining quality of the finished product.
During his tenure in his various positions, Dave has gained a deep understanding of the entire construction process, from early preconstruction through occupancy.
Dave believes the preconstruction effort is the most critical since it sets the project up for success by making sure the entire scope is comprehended, documented, and budgeted.
Deepak is the founder and visionary behind Aditazz, Inc.
His idea to borrow and learn from integrated circuit and chip design methodologies was the impetus behind the development of a similar approach to the design and construction of complex buildings.
Deepak’s vision has led Aditazz to develop a SaaS (software as a service) Platform that applies automation and computation to radically improve the efficiency of planning, design, and construction of the built environment.
Jack has over 25 years experience creating new technologies and mapping them to market opportunities.
He was founder and CEO of a startup building a cloud-based distributed application framework. Prior to that he was VP of R&D at Appgenesys managing a team delivering software infrastructure for automated datacenter management.
Prior to that he was at Intel for 11 years as an architect of the Pentium, lead architect of the Itanium program, and Director of Research managing teams developing future microprocessor designs, virtual machines, compilers, distributed systems infrastructure, and simulation infrastructure.
Mukund is a finance executive with a broad industry background in retail, technology, semiconductor, energy and healthcare.
He earned his Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Johns Hopkins and was a post-doctoral fellow at Princeton.
His work experience spans two separate periods – he was a registered civil engineer in the State of California and co-authored a two volume FEMA handbook on cost estimation for the seismic rehabilitation of buildings which is currently the state-of-the-art publication in its field.
After obtaining an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business he has spent the last decade in corporate finance, working in investment banking at JP Morgan Chase followed by senior finance roles at technology companies in Silicon Valley including KLA Tencor, Credence Systems, Pricelock and CRC Health.
Zigmund is responsible for Building Sciences at Aditazz, ensuring the quality and the delivery performance of all projects.
Drawing on 20 years of experience designing, documenting and managing a wide collection of healthcare projects, Zigmund applies his proven project delivery skills to bring energy, insight and excellence to all aspects of the company’s services.
He has led teams to design and construct over 10 million square feet of some of the most prestigious healthcare campuses in California as well as the rest of the United States. Nationally, he has been recognized as one of the early advancers of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
